Now, That's What I Call Irony...
Okay, Here's My Deal...
Today was supposed to be a make-up day for missing a day due to snow. Guess what? It was cancelled due to an ice storm!
I just find humor in the fact that we missed a make-up day for weather because of weather.
Anyway, I am sure you think I have lots of things I could post on and make this worthwhile, but, really, no.
Christmas in NC was good. I would say that 12 out of the 13 days we were there were really great. I thought there was a good balance of time spent with both pairs of parents/steps. My son had a super time with everyone...especially his uncle, who I never though could be worn out by anything!! Christmas morning looked like FAO Schwartz exploded, but that is okay. Weather was nice and we miss everyone.
The bad weather got in the way of my side of the family's Christmas, which was to be this weekend, but we have had to postpone. Better safe than sorry.
The pregnancy is going well. 25 weeks now. I can't remember if I said that we had scheduled the C-section or not, but we have. Still don't have a name...middle name, yes, first name, no. We are still workinig with our son to understand what is going on, but I honestly think that won't happen until his little brother comes home with us.
Well, that is about it, I guess. Better go and get some rest.
